Annual CRTC Equity Brunch

Last week, we had more than 60 female CRTC students who are in non-traditional programs, spend time talking with female industry professionals about some of the challenges and opportunities of being a female professional in male-dominated professions.

The annual CRTC Equity Brunch is designed to connect non-traditional students with non-traditional industry role models from Automotive, Culinary, Construction, Criminal Justice and Technology fields to help empower girls to pursue their occupational interests and career ambitions. The format gives students and industry representatives the chance to engage informally, ask and answer questions, share stories and learn from each other about overcoming obstacles.
